Position : CEO

Location : Mumbai

Requisites :

- Qualified professional with 10 -15 years of experience in Corporate and NGO sector

- An enthusiastic urge to work towards the cause of NGO

- Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.

- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices

- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for expanding the NGO's work across India

- Oversee the heads of each department in a non-profit organization, including program development, HR management and accounting

- Lead the fundraising department in setting annual income goals

- Attend and possibly host a range of fundraising events, new program inaugurations and public relations events

- Develop and maintain relationships with other non-profit leaders, for example, looking for opportunities to partner with other organizations to serve good causes

- Work personally with leaders in the business and government world, cultivating long-term strategic partnerships or donor relationships to increase the organization's effectiveness serving unmet needs.
