Chief Executive Officer - NBFC

Hiring for one of the NBFC based out in Mumbai.

Position: CEO (NBFC)

Reporting to: Board of Directors/Group CEO & MD

Desired Profile :

We are looking for a seasoned incumbent having 12 - 15 years of experience in NBFC, Lending (JLG/Credit), MFI background of which atleast 5 years of experience should be in the leadership position. The incumbent should have a strong understanding of business, corporate finance and performance management principles. She/he should be familiar with diverse business functions such as Marketing, HR, PR, Finance etc. An ideal candidate would be the one with entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational, leadership, excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Principal Duties :

The CEO of the NBFC is delegated the responsibility for all activities including Management, Operation and development of the NBFC. CEO has a dual reporting to the Board of Directors of the NBFC and the Group CEO & MD and is in complete charge of the functioning of the NBFC.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategizing for growing the existing business and understanding the macro drivers of business

- Execute capital raising strategies to support company's expansion.

- Formulate the NBFC's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans

- Reduce operations cost and focus on increased profitability

- Provide advice on market segments, prepare risk and review policies, ensure compliance and other necessary planning aspects of NBFC.

- Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement to develop a high performing managerial team

- Promote a high performance culture by setting clear expectations.

- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics

- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important stakeholders
