Chief Executive Officer - Manufacturing

Looking for CEO with leading Manufacturing Company:

Role & Responsibility:

- Develop Annual Operating Plan with help from Finance & HR under overall guidance from MD before the beginning of each year and thereafter execute them with full coordination and support of the team.

- Work closely with the Managing Director and other colleagues to deliver consistently under a strict MIS;

- Work with teams maintaining empowered work culture where people are encouraged to take decisions and own them; training & mentoring should continue to receive a lot of your energy

- Open feedback culture to be maintained and further developed;

- Ensure all department heads are informed about the operating objectives and set goals which are aggressive yet achievable and tied to long term goals.

- Ensure that processes are followed; Housekeeping, safe working environment and quality oriented attitude are encouraged.

- Update market knowledge and industry trends, keep an eye over competitors and look for changing market dynamics to be able to respond to rapidly changing world better and faster than the competitors

- Networking and ability to engage with various stakeholders are important weapons that you should possess
