Our client is among India's largest integrated temperature controlled logistics service provider operating across multiple locations, and servicing customers on a pan-India basis. The company is an established decades - old player, and is backed by marquee global investors.

It has temperature controlled warehouses across most major cities in India serving a large market having the need of consumption of temperature sensitive products. The Company has its own fleet of refrigerated vehicles, and has significant warehousing capacity. It is best in class processes, is EU Certified, FSSAI Compliant and operates on an ERP system.

Its distribution network comprises primary and secondary transportation, supplying amongst others to QSRs, retail outlets, restaurants and hotels. Products transported include pharmaceutical products, processed food, dairy products, sea food, meat, poultry, fruits, vegetables, photo-films / X- ray and other industrial goods. It's integrated operations enable the temperature integrity of these products from the point of origin to the consumption point, which is critical for product quality.

- Warehousing with temperature ranging between -20 degree C to + 20 degree C

- Distribution covering over thousands of outlets in most of towns and cities pan-India

- Value Added Services like wrapping, blast freezing, Retail Inventory Management and JIT deliveries.

Qualification And Experience:

- Around 20 years of overall experience in the warehousing / supply chain industry or in the Consumer or pharmaceutical industry. Of this, at least 3 years should have been as a Country Manager / Business Head with P&L responsibility or managing the warehouse / supply chain respectively.

- Exposure/Experience to temperature controlled Warehousing and Distribution.

- Demonstrated track record of having scaled up the business / turned around operations.

- Deep exposure to sales and solutioning; building accounts and originating business in a competitive market.

- A result oriented, business driven leader who has the ability to define and deliver the business strategy and manage world class service delivery.

- Understanding of / exposure to food processing, pharma or dairy products.

- Experience in dealing with investors / analysts and the Board.

- Education: MBA and Engineering.
