The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for establishing the brand in the Domestic as well as International market. He/She works with the Board to capitalize on the inherent strengths of the company and multiply the revenue.  Candidates from BFSI vertical will be preferred  Incumbent shall lead the organisation verticals - IMS, ADMS, Embedded, BPO  Role & Responsibilities :  Business Strategy and Vision :  - Understand the existing Business Model and determine long term Vision, Mission in consultation with the Board.  - Set the strategy and vision - short term, mid term, long term  - Build, manage and validate the roadmap of the business.  - Identify Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat   - Develop and execute strategic as well as tactical business plans with other members.  - Ability to expand business into the global market.   Financial and process management :  - Manage revenue, expenses and external financing to maintain the consistent growth of the business.   - Oversee the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting and audit.  - Successfully communicate growth opportunities to potential new investors.  - Ability to be in complete control of Business operations and ensures smooth functioning.  - Focusing on mobility, cloud and analytics develop robust metrics-driven corporate culture for effective management of systems and processes leveraging on automation.   - Assures Program quality and Organization stability through implementation of processes and controls and regular evaluation.  Governance and Compliance Management :  - Works with the Board in ensuring compliance to all statutory requirements.  - Assures filing of all legal and regulatory documents and monitors compliance with relevant laws and regulations.   Brand management :  - Build and maintain a strong brand (both personally and for your company) is a product of thought leadership and relationship management activities.   Leadership and People management :   - Driving the core values across the verticals / hierarchy  - Assess the existing talents - take necessary initiatives post such measures and finally build an organization through attracting key talents and developing an effective team.  - Guide the Human Resource team in putting in place the HR policies.  - Assures healthy work environment that promotes and supports Quality, Productivity and Employee motivation.  - Works with the Board in introducing employee benefits and enable organization growth  - Help build progressive learning culture and establish predictable model of envisioning, designing and developing services.  - Service innovation through Research and continuous improvement.  Functional Competencies :  - Strong techno-commercial acumen with international network  - Leading Change- proven skill on leading an organizational change.  - Global exposure with focus on financial services vertical.  - Strong networking in financial services sector (from IT services perspective)  - Fair knowledge and hands-on exposure of setting up an IT business and developing projects.   - Experience of managing P/L responsibilities within the IT services industry, and strong presentation skills.  - Ability to drive an effective, techno-commercial team.  - Strong project-management skills  - Sales-and-marketing management experience  - Strong network with key consultants and premiere Institutes.  Behavioral Competencies :  - Inspiring Leadership  - Motivating  - Passionate, with high energy level  - Target-oriented.  - Good negotiation skill  - Proven ability to thrive successfully in challenging and ambiguous environment   Ideal Candidate Profile :  Qualification : B.Tech. with MBA   Years of experience : 15-20 years (in India and overseas).  Age Around : 40-45 years   Industry experience From IT industry  Meenakshi
