Location : Kolkata
CTC : Will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
Experience : 18+ yrs exp
Qualification : Graduates with an MBA from a premier management institute.
Responsibility : The person will be responsible for International market for 300 cr consumer products business of the organization.
Will work out detailed market understanding of target countries for categories of interests, in terms of economic conditions, consumer demographics/psychographics, competitive landscape, regulatory environment etc.
Will be responsible for building appropriate executive team in respective countries.
Will be responsible for building a systematic approach to acquisitions in target countries and handle acquisitions right from the start viz scouting/negotiations onwards to regulatory/management takeovers to regular running.
Will work out business plans for organic growth in selected /Developing countries.
The successful candidate would ideally be someone who has worked in the Middle East /Gulf/APAC/EMEA/MENA regions markets with leading FMCG multinationals, preferably in the personal care categories.
