The Owner and MD of the company is from Wharton School and keen to hire a through professional who can take the organization to the next level.   Job profile:  - Resp.for the FMCG business, Expand the business Pan-India & Global markets.   - Heading & Controlling the Food & FMCG business operations to have cost effective and quality products of international reputation  - Ensure delivery of brand promise to all the stakeholders (employees, customers and shareholders)  - Manage overall sales process and identify new market opportunities  - Ensure proper allocation of resources - people, equipment and facilities through careful analysis to ensure prompt completion of projects in a timely and cost effective manner.  - Direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals.  - Analyze production processes and delivery systems to optimize production and performance and to bring operational expertise of the highest levels.  Desired profile:  Age less than 45 years.
