Chief Executive Officer - eLearning/Online (15-18 yrs)

Our Client is the country’s largest e-Learning consulting, technology and implementation company with over 200 of India’s top companies and MNCs at its clients
The Candidate
We are looking for an inspirational and decisive Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and grow the business. The CEO will report to the Board and will have the complete P&L responsibility of global and Indian operations.
- Engage in goal identification, goal setting and strategic vision setting for organisation in discussion with the Board
- Take full ownership for global business development and footprint creation in various markets as identified as part of the plan
- Take full Operational ownership and responsibility for all current client operations and associated business leaders and staff
- Develop sales strategy including partnerships and alliances as may be required as part of the India and global sales process
- Take ownership of bottom line target delivery including management of finances, quality, recruitment, delivery, implementation, content development, technology and HR areas
- Ensure high quality operations and client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance against financial cost targets at a project level and overall Level
- Set operational strategy and execute efficiency and cost improvement programs
- Determine best operational organizational model
- Maintain active and influential engagement with stakeholders, partners and regulators
Desired Profile:
- Successful P&L leader and top management experienced leader from a software product and services company (eg. ERP/Banking SW product)
- Proven experience in similar growth opportunities
- Experience developing global sales footprint, delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to interact at all levels in a client organization.
- Financially astute with a strong commercial approach with a track record of delivering outstanding financial performance
- Adaptable and hands-on (willing to roll up sleeves)
- Ability to lead by example and be a leader that the team can look up to
- Experience working comfortably across time zones and cultures. Ideally should have had prior responsibility for running a similar business with significant international presence
- Must be willing to travel 50% (Within India, but also internationally to support clients, etc)
