Auroace Management in looking for CEO of e-Commerce business for our Client Based At Kolkata For Their Health Care Company

Clients are cash rich company

- If you have great experience of customer acquisition and driving site traffic in the eCommerce Industry then this one's for you.

- You will be responsible for the ongoing development of the e-commerce platform, continually monitoring performance and suggesting improvements as required.

- This means we need someone who has in-depth knowledge of digital marketing, data analytic and reporting.

- This position is responsible for the development, maintenance and profitable growth of Client's Health Care Business.

This Position Requires:

- 7+ years- experience in managing e-commerce platforms at Sr. level with at least 2 plus years with P &L overseeing entire Gamut Business comprising technology, Content, Marketing, Sales, Commercials, financial principles and e-commerce market Development --all these are a must.

- Proven track record of increasing sales and traffic to corporate/brand websites

- Strong background in website design and Internet marketing including experience in using web analytic and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement

- Entrepreneurial in nature with strong business acumen

- Experience with search strategies, search engine optimization tools and web development platforms

- Passion for new and emerging technologies and an understanding of how they can be applied to benefit businesses

- Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail

- Strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to build and lead both internal and external teams

- Displays professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Understanding of consumer/shopper experience as it relates to online shopping and as it contrasts with brick and-mortar shopping;

- Professional experience with a large multi-channel retailer;

- Ability to drive strategy and change while implementing, analysing and reporting on numerous concurrent e-commerce projects;

- Ability to navigate well in ambiguity;

- Superior analytical skills and experience applying data to make decisions;

- Record of making decisions and implementing change;

- Project management experience with demonstrated ability to prioritize work independently and manage multiple task

A retail background would be a big advantage; you- re going to have to be able to keep up with a pretty fast pace here and things will frequently change.

- Manage and lead the e-Commerce business team; ensure the highest level of customer service and work towards maximizing e-Commerce sales

- Develop and implement strategy to improve overall business performance and profitability

- Lead in identifying and qualifying customers and determining the level of support required to service customers

- Partner with product development, fulfillment, customer service, finance to assist with various business initiatives

- Maintain customer satisfaction and business efficiency

Candidate Requirements :

- Engineering Degree from IIT or NIT or from top Ranking Engineering colleges in India or From a Reputed Foreign University plus MBA Preferably from a TOP Institute's.

- You Must be Currently in the CTC Bracket of Rs.75 Lacs PA. Candidates drawing with Lesser salary than above will not Considered for CEO Position.

- Age not More than 42 Yrs.

- Strong customer service management skills

- Ability to lead and develop staff

- Technical understanding of various systems

- Strong project management and business strategy skills
