Although the current Head-Office of the company is in a major metro in South India, the position could be based in S.India (Chennai) or Mumbai or Baroda. Candidate Profile

Engineers (Chemicals / Petrochemicals / Plastics / Polymers / Paint / Oil) (preferably MBAs) aged 44-52 with 20-30 years leadership experience in the polyolefins, polymers / master-batches / performance chemicals / speciality chemicals / polymers / rubber chemicals areas. Must have demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and preferably had international exposure. Must be willing to travel internationally. Must be currently at CEO or SBU-Head or National Sales Head level of a well-managed speciality chemicals organisation.
