Chief Executive Officer - BPO (20-28 yrs)

Urgently looking for CEO to be based at Hyderabad for a startup who are pioneer in providing an eHealthPlatform that leverages Technology, Knowledge and Human Capital for comprehensive patient centric services - Anytime, Anywhere.Their comprehensive range of services includes:

Core Services such as eConsulting, Diagnostics@Home and Drugs@Home

Facilitating visits to Clinics, Diagnostic Centers and Hospitals

Ancillary services such as Care@Home, GeneralCheckup, SecondOpinion, FamilyDoctor, and myWellness.

Job Purpose:

- To manage the P & L of the Company at a National Level comprising of various states, reviewing day–to-day metrices, problem-solving of the leadership team & their functionaries to meet the required service levels, standards and service targets, to develop the team to ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer experience by highly knowledgeable and customer-focused leaders.

- To act as the communication conduit between Management and the Board Of Directors.

- To offer creative solutions, which will enable the Organization to evolve consistently & deliver Profitability on a quarter by quarter basis.

Main Accountabilities:

Leader:

- Advises the Board

- Advocates / promotes organization and stakeholder change related to organization mission

- Supports motivation of employees in organization products/programs and operations

Visionary / Information Bearer:

- Ensures staff and Board have sufficient and up-to-date information

- Looks to the future for change opportunities

- Interfaces between Board and employees

- Interfaces between organization and community

Decision Maker:

- Formulates policies and planning recommendations to the Board

- Decides or guides courses of action in operations by staff

Program, Product and Service Delivery:

- Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services

Manager:

- Oversees operations of organization

- Implements plans

- Manages human resources of organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations

- Manages financial and physical resources

- Recommends yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manages organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations

Board Developer:

- Assists in the selection and evaluation of board members

- Makes recommendations, supports Board during orientation and self-evaluation

- Supports Board's evaluation of Chief Executive

- Supports operations and administration of Board by advising and informing Board members, interfacing between Board and staff, and supporting Board's evaluation of chief executive

Community and Public Relations:

- Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders

Other Key Responsibilities:

- Delivery of sales, service level components, quality and productivity targets & indicators.

- People Management, including all people related issues, as well as staff development.

- Managing the Operating Leaders, adherence to timely launch schedules across various states.

- Recommendations for product and process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same.

- Reporting metrics at an organization level and improving customer feedback consistently.

- Communication and being a focal point of dissemination of information from Board to Management and ensuring perculation to their respective teams and vis versa.

- Making sure your users and customers have an extremely positive emotional experience with your product.

- Recruiting a great team to build the organization to a Global Scale.

- To lead and oversee the implementation of the Company’s long and short term plans

- To ensure the Company is appropriately organized and staffed and to have the authority to hire and terminate staff as necessary to enable it to achieve the approved strategy;

- To ensure that expenditures of the Company are within the authorized annual budget

- To assess the principal risks of the Company and to ensure that these risks are being monitored and managed;

- To ensure effective internal controls and management information systems are in place;

- To ensure that the Company has appropriate systems to enable it to conduct its activities both lawfully and ethically;

- To ensure that the Company maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility wherever it does business;

- To communicate effectively with shareholders, employees, Government authorities, other stakeholders and the public;

- To keep abreast of all material undertakings and activities of the Company and all material external factors affecting the Company and

- To ensure that processes and systems are in place to ensure that the Board and management of the Company are adequately informed;

- To ensure that the Directors are properly informed and that sufficient information is provided to the Board to enable the Directors to form appropriate judgments;

- To ensure the integrity of all public disclosure by the Company in concert with the Chairman, to develop Board agendas;

- To request that special meetings of the Board be called when appropriate; in concert with the Chairman, to determine the date, time and location of the annual meeting of shareholders and to develop the agenda for the meeting;

- To sit on committees of the Board where appropriate as determined by the Board; and to abide by specific internally established control systems and authorities, to lead by personal example and encourage all employees to conduct their activities in accordance with all applicable laws and the

- Company’s standards and policies, including its environmental, safety and health policies.

- To draft the Company's income and expenditure budget at least two (2) months before the beginning of the fiscal year and submit it to the Company's board for approval.

- To draft the Company's annual report within three (3) months from the end of every fiscal year.

- To initiate to the board on all items on the agenda, with the additional capacity of initiating issues outside the agenda for decision making, in accordance to the ordinances of the law and the Company's statutes.

- To monitor the Company's daily operations, as well as to supervise the undertakings of each of its operational units and organizational sectors, as well as the discharge of duties of the Company's employees in all areas.

Requisites:

- Total Experience of a minimum 20 + Years

- Experience in Sales / Customer Service / Pharma / Health Service / other relevant space

- Post Graduate from Top Tier College

- Excellent communication skills of English, Hindi and Telugu & other Southern Languages

- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation.

- Ability to work on own initiative and within a range of often conflicting deadlines.

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage large teams

- Flexibility and an open attitude to change, along with the ability to unlearn & learn.

- Ability to develop & maintain working relationships with a number of stakeholders and senior professionals.

- Ability to learn and quickly get familiar with a complex business and systems environment.
