Chief Executive Officer - Apparel Industry

Our client is a MNC and is a leader in the manufacture of BRA's in the premium segment.

- They have exclusive arrangement to manufacture some of the world's leading Brands.

- They are looking for a CEO, a candidate who has prior experience working as a CEO in an Apparel industry.

- We are looking for someone who has knowledge of Indian Industry and who has worked in Indian Environment. A candidate who have handled all these departments like Finance, Business Planning, Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, Information Technology and HR.

- His responsibilities is to drive and monitor business strategy for the Operations in India and ensure profitability whilst promoting operational excellence and ensuring an engaged and productive team.

- He will start with designing the business strategy, once the same is approved by the board, the job holder is expected to ensure business performance as per the plan.

- This includes building the desired customer / product portfolio, business processes, control mechanism, supplier base, develop product range, people recruitment, successful implementation of the new projects; meet turnover and net profit targets for the financial year etc

- In order to achieve business growth, the job holder is also expected to network and synergise group companies / resources to customize value propositions to targeted customers.
