This is a unique financing model developed by an NBFC within the country and these financial products are offered against a particular agricultural commodity/asset being taken as collateral. The organization believes very strongly in transparency, integrity and fairness in all their transactions and has a very strong commitment towards priority sector lending and financial inclusion initiatives within the country.  REASON FOR THE HIRE  This is a new role created by the organization to provide an over arching leadership to the operations and help establish a unique financial product in the market.  The CEO will work closely with the Board and other group companies to provide strategic leadership to the organization along with overseeing the implementation and scale up so as to steer the organization to its next stage of growth and development.   The incumbent will be specifically expected to establish and manage appropriate human capacity and systems and lead business expansion and cost-effective implementation in a fully compliant, process driven operations environment.   The CEO will assist in attaining established operational and financial goals, harness existing capacity and build new capacities to manage a rapid non linear growth of organization's client base, so as to help establishment this organization as one of the most important players within the priority sector lending segment.  ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES  - The incumbent will be responsible for providing strategic input towards the growth and expansion of the organization, along with being responsible for the implementation of this strategy hence leading to scale up of operations.  - A very strong emphasis will be to build the business by establishing strong distribution channels in financial services, especially within untapped populations and zones.   - The CEO will be responsible to oversee operations, credit controls, new product development and risk management of the organization.  - Be directly responsible for the results of the institution and will be the legal representative of the institution.  - Recruit, train, develop and retain the talent needed to accomplish high performance standards.  - H/She will closely interact with the Board and will be a part of the decision making committee on future growth and development of the organization. The position will be responsible to provide clear leadership and direction to the organization by implementing the business and action plans and achieving them based on strategic planning approved by the Board as well as keep the Board appraised of all developments related to business.   - The CEO will be responsible for developing a strong corporate culture promoting transparency, efficiency, service quality, customer relations and high ethical standards in the delivery of financial services to the target markets.
