Job Title : CEO

Location : Delhi / NCR

Reports to : Group Chairman

Job Summary: The CEO will be responsible to deliver sustained growth and profits, by building a comprehensive business globally with an ambitious growth plan to leverage cutting edge, technological innovation to provide real time, client-centric solutions in remote monitoring, surveillance and analytics business.

Key Responsibilities:

- The CEO will be required to conceptualize and communicate the vision, mission, core values and strategy of the organization.

- His key task would be to identify new opportunities for growth and drive the global business strategy aimed at maximizing top and bottom line business growth.

- He would be responsible for developing and growing business globally for the company and strengthening the market share. He will also ensure that the definition of business processes are harmonized with the Group management system.

- The CEO would have to build a strong brand and efficient operations for business He will be responsible for the annual process including sales planning, cost planning and capital expenditure.

- He would be responsible for managing entire operations for the command center.

- The CEO will be required to build global strategy for sales, key account management, key account and managing long term relationships for continuous business growth and customer satisfaction.

- The CEO is required to provide leadership to the organization as a whole, he should have the ability to partner across commercial, Sales & Marketing, Service, Finance, Operations, IT, HR etc.

- The CEO will be required to devise policies and procedures for business continuity planning for loss prevention, fraud prevention etc.

- To maintain relationships with local, state and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies.

- The CEO is expected to provide leadership to the organization as a whole. He will play an instrumental role in providing necessary assistance, guidance and advice in translating group’s vision into reality. In turn building a team of highly committed professionals.

- The CEO would need to ensure continued strong brand credibility for Group. Towards this, he will be required to build, sustain and grow significant internal and external relationships.

- In addition, the CEO, will be expected to drive external relationships with large key accounts. As well as leading contract negotiations, customer support and maintaining relationships at leadership levels with clients.

Competencies:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated competencies in the following critical areas:

- Ability and thought leadership to think ahead and maintain a strategic positioning for the business.

- Experience of working in a start up environment and ability to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity.

- Ideal candidate should be hands on with an ability to handle pressure situations and lead the team by example.

- Prepare the organization for internal and external changes, competitive challenges and respond to opportunities and threats in a proactive and timely manner.

- Should possess high levels of energy and enthusiasm to sell new concepts in the industry.

- Ability to anticipate future business trends, technology development and market expectations and translate them into new business opportunities.

- A proven track record of having undertaken strong challenges in the past and demonstrated exceptional results.

- Track record of improving operational performance and ability to meet / exceed goals successfully.

Qualification: MBA with 15-20 years of experience, age not more than 45 years.

Compensation: As per industry standards with variable pay linked to performance.
