Chief Digital Marketing Officer - NBFC - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS/IIT (12-15 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy - Evolve team-wide strategy based on latest local market needs and business priorities, taking into account current digital marketing technologies, competitive environment & NBFC industry trends
- Diverse Team Leadership - Lead a high-performing direct report team, as well as dotted-line reports
- Measure & Optimize Results - Track results weekly and monthly to optimize email, display media, paid search and company websites to drive goals
- Central Team and Local Market Partnership - Partner with central and local teams across other Business linenes for Integrated Marketing Solutions to deliver on key priorities
- Offer Sourcing - Develop robust offer strategy to meet key existing & prospective customers with internal and external partners to source offers
- Marketing Capabilities - Define and deliver new marketing capabilities, working with online product management and technologies team
- Brand Building - Partner with brand marketing teams to drive awareness and ensure that company brand is deployed consistently
- Partnership Marketing - Work with various partner management teams to ensure external partner / vendors goals are met
ATTRIBUTES
- BTech & MBA from Top BSchools with 12-15 years of Digital marketing experience from banks/NBFC.
- Digital Marketing Expertise - Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms with direct experience leading digital marketing channels
- People Leadership - Extensive people leadership experience required, PAN India team leadership preferred
- Results Oriented - Track record of driving results across multiple channels and initiatives
- Relationship Builder & Collaborator - Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners, local teams and technologies partners that are based in various locations globally
- Digital Results Tracking - Understanding of marketing attribution methodologies and digital tracking technologies
- Analytical Mindset - Ability to interpret and review regular results updates and provide optimization direction
- Creative Development & Agency Management Experience - Experience briefing and partnering with agencies to develop creative development and media buys to drive results
- Prioritization - Ability to prioritize work across the team to maximize effort towards initiatives that will drive the greatest impact for the business
- Innovation Driver - Seeks new ways to improve marketing effectiveness, understands the latest digital trends and has passion for innovation
