Chief Collection Officer - NBFC

We have a chief collections Officer position with one of the leading NBFC based out of Pune.

Position Title : Chief Collections Officer (National Role)

Experience: 12- 18 years

Location : Pune

Responsibilities:

- Create and implement effective collection strategies and lead nationwide collection personnel toward achievement of objectives, managing teams along with regular reviews of performance and action plans.

- Manage and grow the collection business

- Provide thought leadership and management expertise as a Business Head.

- Manage P&L of this business.

- Implementation of strategies for the collections vertical over time.

- Ensure strong and long lasting relationships and built with vendors, and other enterprises in the marketplace.

- Develop/customize technology platform to ensure smooth processing of the business.
