As a member of the Core Team, serves as the senior leader in developing new business and strategic partnerships also leading strategic planning and guiding all marketing and public relations activities. The ideal candidate should exhibit a strategic mindset focusing on long term benefit for the company and partners, with the ability to work in a fast paced innovative climate.   Duties and responsibilities :   - Worked in Strategic Alliances and partnerships   - Locates and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential OEMs.   - Create new marketing programs and partner channels that increase the company's revenues and customer base.   - Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials evaluating options.   - Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations examining risks and potentials, estimating partners' needs and goals.   - Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.   - Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.   - Enhances organization reputation by new accomplishments and exploring opportunities to add value to job.
