The company is in the process of consolidating its domestic market position and has an ambition to expand into international markets in the near future.   Job Description :  Job Title : Chief Administrative Officer  Reports to : CFO  Reporting team : Admin Team  Location : Pune Head Office  Responsibilities/ Key Result Areas :  - Facilitate and ensure that the organization has the right workplace/ environment to help deliver on the business objectives and employee satisfaction.  - Infrastructure augmentation and maintenance.  - Ensure safety and security at all point of time.  - Manage and supervise the financial resources of the organization to develop the company activity in the best conditions of cost, liquidity, profitability and security.  - Should liaison with Government Authorities.  - Handle daily and routine facility management and control staff and Outsourced Services.  - Assisting the department in project management, cost optimization and implementing business expansion plans.  - Budgeting and cost control measures, monitoring budget vis a vis variance.  - Contracts management.  - Cost control and ensuring timely implementation of the project.  - Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.  - Vendor management- oversee acquisition, installation and commissioning of property, equipment etc. that are required for the facility - IT systems, air conditioning etc.  - Processes, documentation, business control checks, audits etc.  - Monitor all statutory compliance areas.  - Asset management of all site operations assets across multiple locations.  - Liasoning and coordinating with various departments within the corporate office and all branch offices.  - Active participation in the leadership team for strategic business planning, implementation, client interaction etc.  Skills and competencies :   Adaptability, administrative leadership capability, ability to work with ambiguities, detail oriented, good judgment, proactive, good communication skills, service oriented attitude, understanding of government policies/compliance requirement and business understanding.  Candidate Profile :   Post graduate (preferably MBA - Operations) with at least 10 years of experience in administrative management role
