Senior HRIS Analyst New Delhi, India   Our team is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support the evolving needs of our People organization. This role presents an opportunity to work with the Chegg People department and the end user community to continue improving the systems used by our People organization. Your strong problem discovering and solving skills will enable you to deliver powerful tools to continue to move and scale our People programs and organization. To succeed in this role you should have at least 3-5 years of working experience in supporting HRIS Systems (Workday specifically). An ability to deal with ambiguity and sort through issues functionally and systematically is a must. The opportunity to help shape the requirements definition, development, training and implementation of a critical internal system will provide job satisfaction for a highly motivated individual.   HR Systems Administration -   - Participate in Workday HCM post implementation support on cleaning up existing data, and optimizing existing business processes based on country requirements   - Engage with business and system team to develop Workday to local payroll vendor integration; Workday to local benefit vendors or other potential partners- integrations using EIB outbound, web service, or studio   - Work with stakeholders (HR, payroll, finance etc.) to understand their requirements and expectation, provide or consult them with system knowledge, configure the system to satisfy business needs   - Participate in new features rollout, including new total comp structure, annual performance review, merit process, etc.   - Participate in Workday recruiting, Workday benefits module and BI tool implementation   - Train managers and leaders on core Workday functionalities (i.e. View org charts, worker profile, etc.), compensation (i.e. Focal process, comp change, etc.), talent management (i.e. Create goals, approve feedback check-in process, etc.) and dashboard (i.e. Workforce, attrition)   - Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly or ad-hoc Workday custom reports; Schedule custom reports based on the requirements; Able to troubleshoot report issues   - Perform simple to complex data manipulation and aggregation from multiple data sources by using excel or other analytics tools   HR Metrics -   - Help build and report the metrics used by HR to communicate the trends and areas of improvement to watch within the organization.   Required Experience   - 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst   - 1+ years of Workday experience   - Proven ability to be a problem solver   - Strong ability of dealing with ambiguity and organizing everything together   - Strong team player   - Innovative thinker but also able to follow detailed instructions when implementing new products and/or functionality   - Advanced Excel and analytic skills.
