Job Purpose :

This position is responsible for driving demand through consumer education, tasting and other brand activation activities. The role entails budgeting, end to end planning, developing and executing all activation in Focus MT stores and through other potential channels making sure Company Image and brand values are being respected.

Role Specifics :

- Responsible for managing internal tertiary team of SDM leaders and Merchandisers

- Responsible for hiring & Training of promoters/chefs to carry out sampling in Focus stores as per Fizzy standards

- Responsible for fulfilling permanent promoters position in top 15-18 focus stores

- End to End Sampling planning/execution - weekly/monthly basis - COTM & other Focus stores

- Liaising with third party agency/s on weekend sampling planning/ execution & promoter's payroll management

- Responsible for 100% tertiary targets achievement and data management

- Coordinates with all internal/external bodies for all promotional material in accordance with inventory requirement

- Responsible for aligning sufficient/additional instore stock requirement before, during and after a promotion. Sales team is responsible for ensuring stock availability as per the communication mentioned

- Coaches team on company standards, brand image, food hygiene and presentation, monitors performance and team learning/growth

- Overall responsibility of Promoter/Chef's salary/Incentives & other tertiary related costs. i.e. sampling expenses/agency fee etc.

- Responsible for cost of consumer acquisition against agreed measures

- Acts as company key brand ambassador at all such activities and must be abreast with all related information/policies in this regards at all times

- Proactively shares market feedback with Sales and Marketing teams on development of brand values, Product performance, competition and others

Educational Qualification :

Preferably an MBA or Hotel Management graduate but not mandatory. Graduate degree is a must.

Experience :

- 3-5 years of relevant work experience

- Exposure and knowledge of Western, Italian, Oriental, Mexican foods is preferred

Key Competencies :

- Communication skills, both oral and written as well as Listening skills to manage a team and coordinate across teams internally

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Self-starter with hands on approach

- People management skills

- Cope with pressure

- Knowledge of MS Office, especially excel

- Eye for detail and presentation

- Knowledge of food hygiene, presentation and practices

- Ability to coach and train others on standards and processes

Salary range - 7-8 LPA
