Chef's Basket - Business Analyst - Business Intelligence/Sales Analytics - FMCG (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Understand and translate stakeholder requirements into performance metrics, reports and dashboards
- Managing all Sales MIS reports for the processes
- Daily report generation on Primary Sales, Secondary Sales
- Collect and analyze complex data for reporting and/or performance (trend) analysis
- Tracking Sales Incentive programs like Quarterly Sales Incentive (QSIP) and Monthly Roll of Honor, covering Volume performance, Range-selling and Sales force effectiveness (SFE)
- Preparation of Monthly Review PPTs covering major volume, distribution and market share parameters shared with senior management
- Preparing sales forecast at the monthly, weekly and quarterly level which forms a base for supply chain function for their demand planning
- Engage with owners from each business unit to identify key causes behind data trends/irregularities
