Scope of work :   - Category & consumer analysis  - Developing creative BTL activity plans to support secondary targets.  Managing BTL (Events, canopies, on ground activities) executions.  - Involvement in formulating marketing plan to achieve strategic goal  - Handling launches campaigns & penetration campaigns  - Extensive market visits to do market researches & identify gaps  - Managing marketing collaterals  - Responsible for region specific marketing activities and consumer centric brand building through Trade Marketing (like in shop, POP ), consumer promotion (like consumer schemes, sampling, etc.) and Trade promotion (like coupons & trade schemes etc.)  - Work with sales personnel to identify and deliver new/innovative BTL support material/activation.  - Creating vendor base who are ready to work & grow under company policies   Desired Skill-sets :   - 2-4 years of experience into Brand Marketing role in an FMCG firm  - Good experience into BTL activities  - Affinity of working for a fast growing FMCG Start Up
