Cheers Interactive is looking for freshers for trainee analyst roles within its Automotive and Industrial Manufacturing practice. The role entails working on projects that require research and analysis to support strategic decision-making at the client's end. To be considered for the role, you must have:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in commerce, finance, economics, engineering or business administration

- A sharp bent of mind and the ability to look at things in a systematic and logical manner

- Strong verbal and oral communication skills

- Team player and excellent interpersonal skills

Experience: 0-1 year; however, people with prior knowledge of conducting primary and secondary research and working in a team environment in the Research and Consulting domain will be preferred.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

- Working in a team-based environment to contribute to studies related to various domains within the Automotive and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.

- Providing thought partnership for the projects and contributing with analysis of the subject matter.

- Conducting exhaustive and effective research using both secondary (desk-based) and primary (interview, survey) sources and techniques.

- Synthesizing the data to bring out insights and preparing well structured and well-formatted reports, using appropriate tools and techniques.

- Working with managers on team-building initiatives.

- Attending skill-based training programs as required.
