Chartered Accountant - Hospitality

- Candidate should have a 3-5 yrs of experience as a Chartered Accountant, Financial Planning & Analysis, Funds Management Project Finance, Due Diligence requirements etc;

- Dealing with the banks for sanctions of Working Capital Fund & Non fund based limits, Term Loan etc., with consortium of bankers,

- Monitoring Cash Flows with Budgets, Funds Management in various projects, Project Insurance, Claims settlement etc.

- Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly / Annual Accounts;

- Financial concurrence of various proposals;

- MIS Receivables, Payables, Stocks Analysis, ROCE etc.;

- Interacting with the Statutory Auditors and getting the accounts audited; Assisting on Tax Issues and relevant Statutory Compliance; Policies & Procedures on various matters concerning Finance & Accounts
