Responsibilities:
- Manage GL account review for fixed P&L activity and ensure/validate that such expenses are accounted accurately in the financials
- Coordinate internal audits, internal audits/reviews.
- Coordinate Service tax filings, refunds, TDS filings and related tax compliance audits.
- Internal audit - supervision & coordination with external agency
- Tax audit/ Statutory audit - supervision & coordination with external agency
- MIS reporting, Budgeting, Cash flow management
- Tax compliance: VAT, Service tax, TDS, Salary TDS & computation etc
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements (eg TDS filing, Service Tax, Forex)
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
