This is a senior role within the HR team, with responsibility for all aspects of HR   Role & Responsibilities:   - Manage a team of HR Business Partner professionals to deliver perfectly on HR -which will include recruitment, On-boarding / employee engagement / exit etc. (managing complete employee life cycle)  - Develop and execute an employee career development process with best practices in hiring, training, performance measurement and appraisals etc.   - Innovate on all possible HR aspects that can contribute to Channelplay's long term business success and recognition among industry as the employer of choice.   - Act as business lead for development of 1Office, Channelplay's internally developed HR Management suite with functionality for employee lifecycle management, performance management, employee engagement and an internal social network.   Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role:   - HR Operational management: Candidate will have hands on experience in working on transactional HR such as recruitment and employee engagement . While we would expect the candidate to build a strong team of middle and junior managers to manage this on a day to day basis, hands on experience that will enable the candidate to do this is critical.   - Strategic thinking & execution: Ability to conceptualize and implement fundamental changes to drive excellence. Ideal candidate will have a track record of identifying systemic problems, and conceptualizing and implementing processes and systems that solve the problems. He/she will also have an entrepreneurial approach of identifying potential opportunities and taking steps to convert them to initiatives that benefit the organization.   - Relationship Management: Ability to maintain great relationships with all stakeholders. Ideal candidate will have experience of working with multiple stakeholders who depend on him/her for getting their own objectives met.   - People development: Ability to hire great people and to manage and mentor them to build great teams. Ideal candidate will have developed a strongly loyal team in the past who would be willing to give credit for their career growth to him/her, and will possibly be willing to move with him/her anywhere.   Education:   MBA in Human Resource preferred.
