The ability to hire high quality resources within aggressive timelines and through a robust recruitment process is a key competitive advantage of Channelplay.  In Channelplay's Recruitment structure, Recruitment Manager works as the recruitment head of the region & is entrusted with the primary recruitment responsibility for delivering on KPIs - including on time fulfilment of all open positions for the region. The Recruitment Manager is a position of high responsibility as it requires one to manage a frontline team of 4 to 6 field recruitment professionals & deliver great recruitment results.   The Recruitment Manager reports to a Senior Manager, who in turn reports to the Vertical Head  Role & Responsibilities:  - Manage a team of frontline recruiters to deliver KPIs of recruitment TAT and recruitment quality  - Ensuring quality of hires & on time fulfillment  - Innovate & actively seek out of box solutions to redesign and strengthen the recruitment systems  - Set-up and manage channels of recruitment through relationships with campuses, training institutes etc.  - Develop and build a great team.
