It provides both quantitative as well as qualitative research solutions and serves companies across multiple industries.   Roles & Responsibilities:  1) A Group Program Manager is responsible for the complete management of multiple projects with a team of Assistant Program Managers and Program Managers. The GPM is finally accountable for all aspects of Client Relationship, Project Management, Program Profitability & People Management.  2) Project Management - Innovation, process design & performance improvement on all aspects of the projects to deliver continuous improvement.   3) Profitability Responsibility - Deliver optimum profitability from current projects and support business development for new business through development of proposals.  4) Client Relationship - To manage client relationship through effective delivery and communication.  5) People management - Mentor team of APMs, PMs - their performance and professional development.  Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role:  1) Domain knowledge: Hands-on experience on Data collection tools, Questionnaire designing, etc.  2) Analysis skills: Desired candidate will be someone who has good data management & analysis (excel) & data representation (powerpoint) skills. Problem solving & analytical thinking will be an add-on  3) Client Management - Desired candidate must have handled client individually in prior experience  4) Aptitude for Innos shown-Our ideal candidate would be someone who in the past ha an aptitude to not just accept the status quo and focus on maintaining it through good management - but would have had ideas for improving things. A tinkering/improvising attitude will be important for being on a process of continuous improvement, and will help you have ideas for an effective long term strategy.  5) Business Management Aptitude: This role at Channelplay puts people in charge of a P&L statement, a significant amount of approval authority on cost and revenues, and control over a large team of people. The ideal candidate will be comfortable to take responsibility of, and thus accountability for, all of the above.
