Experience and Knowledge:  - Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, MIS or other relevant discipline  - 6 to 10 years or above experience in channel sales, business partner development with emphasis on sales within the technology industry  - Excellent knowledge of solution selling, product marketing techniques and global business perspective  - Experience in business partner relationship development strategies  - Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills  Job Responsibilities:  - Manage business relationship with Channel Partners to achieve overall business objectives for both the Reselling Partner and Company  - Target and recruit specific potential channel partners to promote company's channel partnering opportunities.  - Manage contractual agreements with Partners and insure compliance with contract terms and conditions.  - Ensure Partners are trained and prepared to successfully sell company's products and services, including both product technical readiness and sales readiness.  - Ensure marketing and sales deliverables are in place, including sales kits and product and marketing materials.  - Work with Partner to develop and maintain business plan, including product mix, unit volumes, and sales revenue plans.   - Work closely with Country Business Units to coordinate Partner account progression through the sales review process.  - Work closely with Partners to leverage resources required to move sales opportunities to a successful close.  - Keep abreast of new company product development and marketing strategies, relating technical concepts to company's software applications and user needs to customers and/or business partners.  - Maintains close relationship with marketing, service and support teams, to ensure consistent message and communication to partners.
