About our Client - Our client is a global leader in fully integrated fluid handling, management, monitoring and control solutions for the safe and efficient handling of critical petroleum-derived fluids from the refinery to the commercial and retail points of consumption, including loading systems, rail and transport tank truck equipment, tank gauging equipment and automated fuel management systems, underground and above ground storage tank equipment, fuel dispensing products, including swivels, industrial and automatic dispensing nozzles for vapor recovery and clean energy fueling nozzles and accessories for LPG, Hydrogen and CNG

Job Description:

- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts

- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners expectations

- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts

- Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship

- Proactively assess, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis

- Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources

- Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement

- Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements

- Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners

- Work closely with marketing team, and build a strong brand for Company

- Appoint and manage regional distributors and to forecast sales accurately

- Close sales on a consistent basis and in line with prescribed credit and delivery terms

- This role requires high level teaming and collaboration skills to gain the committed and motivated efforts of the sales teams and distributors

- Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities.

The Successful Candidate:

- 10 to 15 years of Experience

- BE + MBA is a must

- Sound commercial skills

- Good project and time management skills

- Knowledge of business and management principles

- Sound knowledge of finance, technology and administration

- Strong analytical skills

- Disciplined completer

- Ability to work in a pressurized environment

- Management and Leadership knowledge and experience

- Organizational Skills

- Leadership Skills

- Coordinating activities and resources (including performance management)

- The ability to work collaboratively

- A hands-on management style

- A penchant for being proactive
