Role and Responsibilities :

The Channel Manager would lead end to development and relationship with Partner Community

- He/She would be responsible for Revenue for the territory for Software, Training and Services through the channel partners.

- Lead the team of Regional Channel Managers to develop and manager channel partners across the country

- Personally owns the West and East Territory with direct ownership of channel partners

- Responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with Distributor, re sellers, channel partners and drive revenue through them.

- He/she would need to have good understanding of the Business fundamentals, Build technical skills to help partners and Clients succeed.

Primary Skills :

- Must have solid channel sales experience, preferably in enterprise software industry.

- Must have a thorough understanding of Channel Ecosystem of West and East Market and should be able to drive autonomous business along with partners

- Sound understanding and knowledge of distributor management

- Must be willing to travel 10-12 days in a month

- Responsible for overall Channel Management including Development, Training, Skilling and Sales

- Ability to work with regional sales team

- Will be responsible to drive monthly, quarterly & annual revenue.

- Should be able to roll out channel lead generation and joint marketing programs.

- Should be able to define and lead the strategy for Channels in India.
