Change Management – Financial Process
We have an immediate requirement for the positions in Change Management at AM level for a leading Financial shared services organisation at Delhi NCR.
Experience of 4-6 yrs with Full time MBA/ CA/ or Graduates with 5-7 yrs in Change management/ process re-engineering of Financial Processes. Knowledge of Lean, Six sigma is preferable.
Candidates only from Delhi or Delhi NCR.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing project support for change initiatives, process improvements and other non routine activities
- To manage the interdependencies, risk and issues of the programme workstream/portfolio of projects on a day-to-day basis on behalf of a Programme Manager or Programme Director within the constraints laid down by them.
- Provide deep domain skills to help clients define develop and execute change strategies for large-scale transformational projects.
- Provides change and financial expertise (including technical accounting) and assists in the planning and research of a variety of change management projects.
