We have a fresh opening with Change Management in Top most Investment Banking Firms for AM, AVP, VP Director positions. PFB the JD:-

Key Accountabilities & approximate time split (%)

(Ideally 4-10 points, or headings with sub-points. Quantify where possible e.g. cost/income budget, no of subordinates, likely no of yrs/mths to complete longest task. Could note key external/internal lateral relationships) Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

Preparation and execution of all project lifecycle activities including:

1) Working with stakeholders to define the terms of reference.

2) Determine the business requirements. This would involve a thorough consideration of all implications of these requirements to the business, including the identification of any potential issues or functional omissions.

3) Fully planning all deliveries.

4) Assisting with documenting the analysis carried out, (this may include for example gap analysis, the production of process flows, use cases and scenarios).

The project manager must be able to fully explain all process flows to relevant stakeholders.

5) Identifying analysis and design issues/risks on a timely basis and escalate as appropriate.

6) Being the ‘translator’ between the business and IT, providing business expertise when required.

7) Preparation and execution of all activities within the plan including testing, status reporting and compiling user procedures and training packs.

8) As in all roles, a high degree of flexibility is required. Projects sometimes involve travel and/or long hours at critical stages in the lifecycle.

9) Creating and driving quality reports for the Change Management Projects.

10) Provide Process Analytics and Business Case related support to Change Management projects.

Person Specification

(Personal attributes essential to performing role: e.g. skills, competencies, expertise, knowledge, experience. Note: experience not to be time-bound) Qualifications

Essential:

- Degree from top tier university

Preferred:

- Formal project management / business analysis training / qualifications

- CA / CFA / MBA for top tier institute

Experience

Essential:

- 8-10 years post qualification experience with strong preference for Investment banking (Product Control, Finance etc) and / or Top tier Management consultancy firm having worked on big projects

- At least 4 years experience of project management

Preferred:

- Managing a team of 4-6 people

Skills Required

Essential:

- This role contains a degree of autonomy. As such the incumbent must be able to plan, execute and deliver without a lot of guidance.

- Enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter, pro-active and team player

- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator.

- Ability to engage / influence appropriately and negotiate with stakeholders

- Good presenting and written skills

- Ability to speak / write English fluently

- Ability to listen and absorb information

- Communicate clear and precise information

- Maintains good stakeholder relations

- Analytical and numerical orientation.

- Knowledge of MS Office

- Ability to manage multiple pieces of work and stakeholders simultaneously

- Strong control awareness.

- Willingness and ability to take ownership of issues and manage through to a successful resolution.
