Chakra Venture Partners LLP is a boutique Venture Partner firm with a presence in over 3 cities in India and having offices in Singapore and Hongkong. The firm is led by Chartered Accountants, PhD's and Veteran Bankers and A list of VC's. The requirement is for the role of a Manager- Finance to analyse new clients and evolve strategy around retention and analytics for Funding

Job Description :

- Setting up processes and implementing controls for the finance function for the organization

- Be the overall in-charge of the operational side of finance, taking care of accounting, reporting, compliance, taxation, audits, FP&A, budgeting among other things

- Partner with sales and marketing verticals to maximize revenue generation for the organization

- Drive the strategy of the firm towards the long term targets of the organization

Desired candidate :

The successful applicant will be a Chartered Accountant, candidates with a combination of a CA and CS degree would be preferred.

- 1 - 5 years of post qualification experience, experience with start up added advantage

- Strong operational and strategic financial acumen

- Proven track record of partnering with businesses to maximize revenue generation of organization with an ability to operate as a part of a highly dynamic team

- Excellent track record not just as a team leader but as a team player as well

- Excellent communication skills

- Candidates with experience in investor interaction would be giving priority
