JD Position: Marketing and Brand Manager (Reporting Directly to Chief Marketing Officer)  About Chaayos:  Chaayos is a venture funded start-up serving the $6Bn Indian Chai market. We are redefining how chai is consumed in a huge unorganized growing market - currently we are at 8 cafes in Delhi NCR, we are providing chai on demand through our disposable kettles (and partnerships with Ola Caf-, Grofers, etc) and have created our own blends of premium masala chais. We are the largest and highest rated chai-caf- in NCR, and are looking to expand to 50 cafes in the next year and a half, expanding our base to 4 cities.  Our aim is to create a global brand around chai, being present at every point where our customers interact with the beverage.  Role of the position:  - Primary role will be creation of a brand identity for Chaayos. You will be taking marketing campaigns from conceptualization to launch, including budgeting and execution.   - You will be responsible for creating a buzz in online and offline media, and managing media and PR relationships  - A key role would be optimizing marketing efforts tied in with sales and growth targets, and understanding analytics on marketing efficiency  - Developing strategic partnerships with brands and corporate to get maximum visibility  - You will work with the sales teams to understand and assist targets, with the operations team for on-the ground execution and events, with the technology team to understand innovative ways to enhance marketing activities  - Work will be diverse, fast paced and a huge learning opportunity with scope for rapid growth  Compensation: Competitive Salary with ESOPs component  What are we looking for-   - High energy levels and great communication skills  - Creative problem solving approach  - Prior experience with brand management and marketing is a plus  - Analytically strong  - Strong leadership skills to build and lead teams effectively
