JD Position: Area Business Development Manager  About Chaayos:   Chaayos is a venture funded start-up serving the $6Bn Indian Chai market. We are redefining how chai is consumed in a huge unorganized growing market - currently we are at 8 cafes in Delhi NCR, we are providing chai on demand through our disposable kettles (and partnerships with Ola Caf-, Grofers, etc) and have created our own blends of premium masala chais. We are the largest and highest rated chai-caf- in NCR, and are looking to expand to 50 cafes in the next year and a half, expanding our base to 4 cities.   Our aim is to create a global brand around chai, being present at every point where our customers interact with the beverage.   Role of the position:   - Primary role will be institutional business development and institutional sales for Chaayos  - You will be responsible for promoting Chaayos products (chai on demand, corporate gifting and bulk orders) in corporates and other institutional channels like colleges, schools, embassies.  - The role would involve developing strategic partnerships with brands, institutions and corporate to promote institutional sales. It will also involve testing innovative approaches to get maximum visibility of the brand in these setups  - You will work with the marketing and sales teams to understand and assist targets and with the operations team for on-the-ground execution of activations and events, with the technology team to understand innovative ways to enhance activities   Work will be diverse, fast paced and a huge learning opportunity with scope for rapid growth   Compensation:   3L+ with up to 50% additional sale incentives, and ESOPs component  What are we looking for-   1.
