Job Title : CFO, Kenya
Required Qualification : CA
Desired Experience : 6 - 15 yrs.
Job Location : Nairobi, Kenya
Job Deliverables :
- Independently manage Finance function.
- Provide and interpret financial information.
- Monitor and interpretcash flows and predict future trends.
- Manage multiple branch/ location accounting.
- Formulate long-term business strategy.
- Partner with the business to develop the overall business strategy
- Conduct Variance analysis; actual v/s. budget, analysing change and advise top management accordingly
- Conduct periodic reveiws and evaluate cost-reduction opportunities
- Research and report on factors influencing business performance;
- Liaison with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
- Arrange new sources of finance for the company's debt facilities
- Develop external realtionships with appropraite contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, banker and statutory organizations.
KEY SKILLS
- Should be a great strategic thinker, strong manager, have a strong business sense and have excellent finance skills, Need to have Leadership skills, Accounting skills, communicating and presentation skills.
