- Ensure timely compliance of requisite statutory information with Stock Exchange/ROC/SEBI/ Corporate Governance  - Supervising various accounting reconciliations viz. Excise reconciliation, Service Tax reconciliation, Bank reconciliations, Debtors and Creditors reconciliations, Inter Unit reconciliations, etc.  - Supervision of entire day to day accounting and finance operations of the company i.e., accounting of all revenues & expenses, etc. as well as Royalty calculations, Interest calculations on ECBs, IT implications on royalty, technical assistance fee, salary payable to foreign nationals and other foreign remittances.  - Formulating Quarterly & Annual Budgets, Review & Analysis of variances between actual financial data with budget and suggest countermeasures and other vital inputs and implementing corrective actions.  - Preparing, finalizing and coordinating with auditors for Internal, Statutory and Tax audits, compliance of Internal audit reports.  - Liasoning and coordinating with Tax authorities for assessments and other matters  - ERP  - Candidate should have experience of 15-25 years  - Candidate should be a qualified CA  - Candidate should be either from Mumbai or ready to relocate to Mumbai.  - Candidate having experience in US GAAP, SOX compliance etc will be preferred.  Contact:  Salil Mehendale 8087007078
