Roles and Responsibilities

- Setting up and maintaining strong systems, processes, and controls

- Budgeting, planning, financial & business analysis, costing

- Revenue and cost management, ensure proper control & checks

- Mobilization of Funds (Domestic / International) through PE / debts; managing banking relationships

- Leading & managing investor relationship

- Overall responsible for Taxation, corporate governance and best practice

- Commercial & contract management.

- Coordination with group accounting and finance function; timely reporting as per guidelines

- Mentoring & leading the finance & accounting team

- Succession planning, identification & grooming

Key Competencies

- Strong on processes and controls, ERP based system exposure is essential

- Must have good analytical, number-crunching and budgeting & MIS skills

- Experience in revenue & debtors management, Strong in fund raising – debt, equity, banking relationship

- Good knowledge of direct & indirect taxation,

- Business approach (not just accounting knowledge)

- Cost accounting skills

- Should have worked as part of management team, Financial monitoring

Qualification - Chartered Accountant

Years of experience - 15-20 yrs years with min 8-10 years in companies with strong systems & processes

Industry experience - Open

CTC range - Above Rs. 24 Lacs
