The CFO Centre, India is part of the CFO Centre Group, UK which is the Global Market Leader for part-time CFO services delivering Time, Money and Peace of Mind to ambitious mid-tier owner, managers, typically with businesses with turnover between 5 crores to 500 crores.

To support significant growth, the company is now looking for Ambitious results oriented CFOs to build, lead and manage vertically integrated teams of CFO to deliver the company's unique style of part-time CFO services to mid-tier businesses.

Candidates will be highly experienced, energetic and self-driven individuals with a demonstrable track record of excellence and achievement including proven track record of having been a CFO in the past, and who want to work in a collegiate environment with other like-minded professionals.

THIS UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY IS FOR INDIVIDUALS (CA Preferable) WHO HAVE STRONG LEADERSHIP, RELATIONSHIP BUILDING AND ACCOUNT/TEAM MANAGEMENT SKILLS WITH EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING BUSINESS.

No Fixed Salary. This is an Entrepreneurial model where the company provides a strong established brand, access to global resources and materials to bank upon in order to deliver the best.

- With a strong collegiate environment, the Company's entire work is about providing highly experienced part-time CFOs to businesses that - don't need, don't want and probably can't afford- a full-time CFO, but need this skill set on an ongoing regular basis or for particular situations as they arise.

- The Company's CFOs are all qualified from one of the major chartered institutes and have all been real life CFOs in business, once, twice or several times over. Many of the Company's CFOs have also run businesses or have general management experience. They share common qualities of excellence and the desire to pass on their knowledge and experience.

Required Skills and Experience

- Candidate should be Bengaluru based and should be interested in developing our business which is still at a start up stage.

- Minimum 4 years experience as a CFO.

- Strong Commercial acumen

- Leadership, empowerment and management.

- A team player who thrives on building a high performing team.

- Strong relationship building, team and account management skills.

- Enjoyment of and successful track record in developing new business.

- Entrepreneurial attitude to business.

- Ability to recruit, develop and motivate people.

- Has previously built a sustainable team/division.

- Ability to create, maintain and leverage fee distribution, preferably with pre-existing locally established client base.

- Empathy with and understanding of the role of the Finance Director.

- Commercial background is a must. Pure - number crunchers need not apply.

- Good presentation and communication skills.

- Able to develop a strong alignment to the Company's culture.

- Ability to fund development of role in initial stages.
