About our Client - Our client is a multi faceted management group, with diverse business interests across various industries. They are widely regarded as pioneers in the space, with an impressive product portfolio. They have been involved in introducing new and technologically advanced into the Indian market over the years. Currently, they are looking to recruit a CEO, to head up the retail and mobile devices business, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting into the Board, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing the India strategy for the group that will unlock key business opportunities and drive growth through innovation.

- Managing the P&L, and driving the overall business plans to ensure the achievement of company objectives.

- Leading and motivating the team in line with the company values to maximize employee engagement, thereby promoting a healthy team culture

- Overseeing the development of annual brand plans and ensuring that they are tailored to local consumer trends and patterns.

- Acting as a brand custodian for the company across the market.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a post graduate with around 15-20 years of total experience, and the ability to lead large teams and drive business results in a core leadership function. Prior experience of having worked in the B2C Industry, and managing the P&L is a must. Furthermore, prior experience of scaling a business and delivering key results is mandatory. The client is looking for proven entrepreneur with a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and handle abstract situations in their daily course of work.
