Candidates from 1988 - 1996 batches from companies that have been growing very fast and only from Personal Care, and FMCG sectors.

Should have sizeable contributions made in each of the stints organizations are having aggressive growth plans.

CTC for CEO will be above 100L - 160L and is not limiting factor.
