CEO/COO/Business Head - eLearning Firm - IIM/ISB/XLRI (4-8 yrs)
Looking for Chief Operating Officer /Business Head for an E-Learning Company in Noida either with a strong e-learning experience or young dynamic individual from IIM with First degree in Technology.
Our client started off in early 90s and was a pioneer in digital learning domain with E-Gurukool and a after 15 years in business they were bought over by NIIT.
One of the promoter started a new venture addressing the US market for E-Learning Content
development and also developed a digital English language learning product.
We are heading hunting a CEO/ Business Head with an MBA from Top Management Institute like IIM /JIMS /NIMS/ISB Hyderabad etc with First Degree in IT& Technology.
The right person will
Manage the P&L for a Rs.10 crore vertical in E-Learning .
Define strategies to grow the business
Define the roadmap for the organisation
Identify growth areas and implement a plan to achieve higher market share.
