Exp - 12-18 Yrs.(Minimum 5-8 Yrs. with Personal Care & Hair Care divisions)

Reporting to-CEO of International Business.

Reported by -Team of Sales and Brand Managers located in Bangladesh, Singapore, Malaysia and Myanmar.

Key role-As a Head of SAARC & SEA, the key role objectives would be as follows:

1. Key role would be to strategise for aggressive and profitable growth of company's FMCG business in SAARC & SEA countries.

2. He will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing Brand Marketing & Sales strategies for Company's FMCG brands in SAARC & SEA countries.

3. Takes overall responsibility for close monitoring and achievement of budgeted targets for Sales and Profits in SAARC & SEA markets through the deployed strategies.

4. Implement Marketing and Brand Management strategies which will lead to higher Brand Strength in all its measurable parameters like Market shares, brand Awareness and Brand Saliency scores.

5. Build and manage a team of Professional managers to ensure delivery of rapid growth and current business plans in the region.

6. Evaluate opportunities for acquisition of Brands and FMCG businesses in the region.

7. Evaluate the possibilities of Geographical expansion of the business in the region.

8. Being the senior most representative of the company , play the role of the Ambassador for organisation in the region.

Qualification- M.B.A

CTC – Open Ctc No Constrain for Good Candidate.(Depend upon Current CTC)

For Africa Location Candidate will responsible for All Marketing, Sales & P&L activities for hole African region..
