Position : CEO/BU Head

Currently we are handling CEO/BU Head roles with one of our client based in Delhi.

Candidate should have very strong exposure from front line sales to leadership level.

Min 10 yrs – Max 18 yrs of experience out of which 3 - 5 yrs of P & L experience is must with established reputed organizations.

Experience with a start-up will be a plus. Client is open for candidates across background and sectors (except IT).

KRA & Desired profile :

- Meet division’s profitable growth goals

- Market expansion plans on new launches & strategic growth initiatives

- Communicates with customers and develops strategies and programs to satisfy both internal and customer requirements

- Manages, trains, and develops team members and evaluates work performance.

- Applies performance management and leadership techniques to assure positive employee relations

- Have good analytical, presentation & communication skills

- Be ready to travel extensively
