Century Real Estate Holdings - Master Black Belt - Operational Excellence - Six Sigma (5-10 yrs)
- Responsible for developing and managing the delivery of Operational Excellence activities through the use of appropriate Six Sigma and Lean Tools; such as DMAIC, Process Controls, Statistical Analyses and 5S
- Leading and directing projects and project teams, coaching and providing technical support to problem solving teams
- Deliver cost improvement and process improvement in the manufacturing environment through the disciplined use of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Single point contact for cross-functional project teams.
- As a program manager, drives execution offering facilitation support for multi-site, multi-functional teams.
- Proven track record in execution of complex projects, contributing significantly to top line/ bottom line revenue profitability.
- Leads and coordinates training for Green, Black and Master Black Belts on Operations Excellence and improvement tools.
- Provides mentoring and leadership to Black and Green Belt candidates in training to drive project results.
Requirement:
- Masters/Bachelors in Engineering.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
- Demonstrated mastery of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies such as DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve and Control), DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) and able to effectively present training at all levels.
- 10 or more years of overall experience including project management and 3 to 5 years experience using Six Sigma / Lean tools.
- Outstanding interpersonal and group facilitation skills and written communication skills with all levels and senior management. A recognized leader with proven record of good decision making.
- Proven ability to solve highly complex technical/process problems. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to manage without direct authority. Demonstrated experience building, empowering and leading talented cross functional and multi site teams.
