A Telecom giant is looking for Centre Manager, the only private player with Broadband Wireless Access spectrum in all the 22 telecom circles of India and plans to provide reliable fast internet connectivity and rich digital services on a Pan India basis   The Centre will be a one stop solution destination outlet and is the platform to roll-out state-of-the-art 4G services across the country which will add an exciting new dimension to our consumer facing service offerings.  The role to be responsible for leading, managing and ensuring that the Centre achieves its business objectives i.e. profitability, business, customer growth, continuous operational improvement and working capital effectiveness.  Designation: Centre Manager  Location: Punjab/ Himachal Pradesh / Haryana (Candidates who have worked in any of these states or who are native of these states will be preferred)  Education:  - UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization   - PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization   - Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required   Key Responsibilities:  - To acquire customers and achieve sales targets as per plan. Keep and Grow customers.  - Achieve cost optimization and productivity standards.  - Conduct Business reviews to monitor the performance against the sales plans and targets for the Sales and Distribution operations organization. Lead the Direct Sales, Stores and Mass Trade channels and provide clear objectives, daily tasks and functional responsibilities to the team.  - Analyze market shares across verticals and product offerings and benchmarking against competition to devise strategies for achieving market leadership.  - Take inputs from State Functional team for Trade Promotion, Engagement & Marketing activities, which includes rewards & recognition programs, loyalty programs, in/out shop promotions calendar.  - Supervision of day-to-day operations of the Centre.   - Ensure adherence to all SOPs, statutory compliances (liaison with Govt. officials) & commercial controls.  - Strategize and implement action to launch products and services.  - Manage Customer life-cycle, ensure service delivery and product availability at network outlets.  - Engage the customers through client engagement programs and being a consultant to them creating an exciting environment to maximize every customer visit.  - To build an achievement oriented strong team of committed and motivated manpower.  - To be involved in hiring and selection of Direct Sales channel partners, on-boarding and termination.   - Instill the Values of the company and motivate team members to achieve higher performance levels  - Facilitate development of team members by training and coaching team members on the job and grooming them for higher responsibilities.  - Manage relationships with strategic partners to ensure steady pipeline of resources.  Candidates from retail / FMCG Industry with relevant exp. will be given an edge
