We at BIC Cello Pens are looking for HCM Manager based at our corporate office directly reporting to CHRO.   Please find below the JOB DETAILS for this role:   Location: Goregaon, Mumbai   Experience: 2 Years+ (experiece in handling HRMS from any industry)  We are looking for dynamic, self-driven, achievers who have preferably, implemented at least 1-2 full cycle HCM product with atleast 2+ years experience. (Adrenalin Systems)  - We are also open to qualified HR professionals, with knowledge of latest people practices and experience, using HCM product extensively.   You will be responsible for: sharing best practices; understanding company's business processes and mapping to HCM Product; engaging with customers; documenting, testing and user training.   Required Skills :   - Should have dealt with the Implementation cycle   - Managing customer Expectation / Ensuring Customer Satisfaction   - Interaction with product team to ensure geography needs are taken care of in the product   - Knowledge of End to End implementation process.
