As part of this practice you will be directly contributing to our flagship platform - Talent Neuron-, used by HR leaders across the industry to gain useful insights on emerging global and local HR trends.  Overall Job Purpose and Responsibilities :  - The Project Manager will manage the end to end research process of CEB Talent Neuron. The role will involve extensive coordination with Executive Advisors, Research Director, Account Managers and research teams.  Skills Required :   - Complete ownership of the Workbench research processes  - Monitor Research request queue on daily basis  - Identify new/change/follow-up requests that are received from members and assign it to the appropriate research teams  - Ensure new project/follow-up/change requests are logged and tracked in SFDC appropriately   - Work with SFDC Analyst to ensure SFDC is up to date and there are no discrepancies  - Work with research ExA/Research Director/Leads to ensure project is scoped with timelines  - Communicate scope, timelines and project updates to members in a timely manner  - Help research teams in identifying resourcing for projects   - Monitor the progress of projects on daily basis. Also, actively track the projects in the pipeline   - Work with Research Director/Leads to identify if there are delays or challenges with projects. Proactively work with research team members to iron our challenges related to scoping, additional information needed from member, change requests, timeline management, escalations etc.   - Proven quantitative, analytical, problem solving and conceptual thinking skills.  - Proficient in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel and Word). Advanced Excel skills a plus.  Specific responsibilities include :  - Ensure all member communication is sent appropriately  - Report key metrics in a weekly/ monthly schedule to key stakeholders   - Collaborate with Executive Advisor/Research Director/Leads internally to ensure smooth delivery of projects  - Key point of contact for all Workbench projects  Education and Experience :  - Bachelor- s/Master's degree required in Engineering or Management. Preferably from top Tier institutes  - At least 3-4 years experiences working with research teams and in project management role.
