Job Purpose:

- To deliver custom professional services offerings in line with best practice approaches, to time and quality standards and to manage a team of professional services delivery consultants to achieve the same.

Key Accountabilities:

- To become a central expert in CEB SHL Talent Management custom professional services delivery, upholding and role modelling best practice processes, tools and methodologies.

- To become a central lead on CEB SHL Talent Management custom professional services projects and liaise with local teams and clients to deliver high quality solutions that help our clients drive organizational improvement. Deliver these projects to time, cost and quality expectations.

- To lead and mentor a team of 4-5 consultants to deliver their projects to time, cost and quality expectations.

- Actively participate in the team's agenda to become experts in professional services, by supporting in the recruitment and development of a team of exceptional consultants, facilitating their training and development and supporting and rolling out best practice.

- Build credible partnerships with the global professional services community to provide support, enablement, and best practice advice and guidance where necessary.

- Support the innovation and development roadmap for central professional services.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

- Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources or a numerate discipline

- Intermediate knowledge of excel, SPSS and PowerPoint

Desirable:

- Masters in Occupational Psychology or other postgraduate

- Level A & B testing

- Expert in Excel and/or SPSS

- Good communication and organisational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage own workload

Experience:

Essential -

- Proven track record of working within a commercial environment in a relevant industry

- Proven track record of managing complex and high profile projects

- Proven track record of hiring, managing and developing successful teams

- Experience and comfort analysing and interpreting data

- Experience of working as a member of a global team

Desirable:

- Experience working within the HR, Talent Management or Talent Assessment industry

- Knowledge of psychometric test design

- Knowledge of analytics and data management

Business Context:

The Central Professional Services team (CPS) is responsible for the provision, evolution, on-boarding and enablement of a suite of best practice talent management services for TMS clients and CEB members. Our mission is to - enable increased revenue and gross margin within the TMS business through provision of the expertise required to deliver leading edge custom services to our clients.- Within CPS, our delivery team has a broadening remit and but at its core is responsible for psychometric aspects of the suite of services. For example, developing recruitment assessments, leadership development diagnostics, and providing strategic direction for organisations based on analysis of their talent. In addition to delivery responsibilities, the delivery team are also responsible for feeding the development roadmap for CPS, ensuring that services are delivered in the most efficient way possible following best practice processes and methodologies. This could include overseeing enablement of consultants in the field or determining the best way a new service can be delivered globally.
